In this tour we visit, among others, the beautiful building of the Museum of Art Nouveau and others of its route, São Gonçalinho Chapel, Carcavelos Bridge, the narrow streets of the neighborhood and we finish with a tasting of our typical sweets in a place with more than a hundred years of experience doing the most genuine and famous “ovos moles”.

Let yourself be lost in the past and see where it all began, in the famous Republic Square. Here you can also see the beautiful Misericórdia Church, the City Hall and the statue of an important “Aveirense” – José Estevão, a figure of extreme importance in the political context of the 19th century, during which profound changes took place in Portuguese society.
Continuing our tour, you will be able to observe the beautiful Casa de Santa Zita – an old 19th century palace of the Visconde da Granja, the Aveiro Museum – housed in the former Convent of Jesus of the Feminine Dominican Order, and whose prestige was definitively associated with the presence of Princess Santa Joana, and the Cathedral of Aveiro.
